[Bug]: Intrepid control console is missing a broken sprite

Describe the issue

This probably applies to all shuttles with the "fancy" consoles, but this instance it was the Intrepid's. Basically an asteroid hit the thing and turned it into the broken state, it becomes invisible, upon alt clicking the tile and using a screwdriver on it twice it can be "fixed" and the sprite is then returned to normal and the shuttle can dock again.

How to reproduce

1. Break the control console
2. Oh no its invisible
3. Alt-click the tile to open the GUI
4. Try to fly but still cant
5. Screwdriver it twice
6. Icon is back, and it works
7. :D
