I won't be able to attend, but I like the changes to the PR.

On the circuitbreaker front, interest has picked up. Interestingly not because of channel jamming attacks, but because of the high chain fees. Users get scared when thinking of a force close with lots of pending htlcs in 500 sat/b mempool conditions and want to limit their exposure by lowering htlcs in flight limits.

On the staking credentials front as a end-to-end privacy-preserving credentials framework, cleaning out the spec and the PoC code and hope to present a more detailed version on the mailing list soon.
