We want this repo to have a clear purpose: cw-* specs and their exemplar implementations.

That means we need to do something with controllers - either remove it, or move it.

Is it used by anyone?

DAO DAO uses it for cw20 token claims in our cw20-stake contract, though long term we are happy to move away from it.

Stargaze uses the admin controller but migrating to cw-ownable.
