Hi @m-cameron

We have definitely designed dice-where to make it simple to extend the supported databases.
We have currently identified Maxmind and DB-Ip as the more immediate priorities as they are quite mainstream.

For our use case adding other provides like IP2Location (#44) or Software77 (#11) is on the horizon, but not before some other improvements are added to the code base.

We, however, enthusiastically welcome contributions and I'll be more than happy to guide you through the steps to extend the library in order for it to load all or some of the databases in https://lite.ip2location.com

Let me know if this is something you would like to do.
