CO9_AMM15 ROSE -> Github Conversion

If ROSE/Paris Repos are to be the main location for CO9, then there needs to be an easy way to convert between this format and that of the Github repository. This involves:

1. Identification of MY_SRC files using a diff between the current branch and a specified base branch.
2. Building ROSE namelist and conversion to a readable form, perhaps using namelist_ref as a base namelist.

James may also be working on a script for the second point.

Re: 2. I've been working very slowly on this (in my spare time). Mattia has also expressed an interest in helping out - so I'll bring my GH repo up-to-date and document. Happy to share if you think you can help/make us of it. James
