ILAMB Updates: config file & model_setup.txt automatic updates

We would like to avoid manual configuration file edits for ILAMB.

Describe the solution you'd like
At this point, we have an ILAMB case that can be run from within CUPiD. However, we would like to automatically update the following:

• the ILAMB config file to use either the BGC or SP version
• model_setup.txt to update with the case name and path

We can do this from the workflow after Ingrid's work is merged in, and/or pull from the CUPiD config file global parameters.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, users manually make these changes, which is not the most streamlined but still functional.
