Hi, great tool!

I used it to convert a logseq graph with several hundred notes. There are links to other notes in the graph like this:
[Cool Stuff](Cool Stuff.md)

Those links don't work in Obsidian - it seems Obsidian needs <> around the linked file or %20 escaping.

Did you run into this? Is there a workaround?

I think you don't currently touch existing files but it does affect the compatibility.
