Difference in Open Amount

Describe the bug

As seen in the image, there seems to be a difference between the open amounts of the Ending Balance and the Total.
It seems that the payment is not being subtracted to calculate the Ending Balance

Affected versions: 16

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Generete the report from Partner Activity Statement action's menu item.

Expected behavior
The same values on both fields.
