How is Path of Building expected to behave?

When I add a Timeless Jewel (Brutal Restraint, Balbala 6376) to a jewel socket (near Eternal Youth) on the passive tree, the jewel should be added and alter the nodes around it.

How does Path of Building behave?

When I add a Timeless Jewel (Brutal Restraint, Balbala 6376) to a jewel socket (near Eternal Youth) on the passive tree, the jewel is not added and an error message is given.

How to reproduce the issue

  1. Allocate the jewel socket neat Eternal Youth.
  2. Add Brutal Restraint (Balbala 6376).
  3. Set the Brutal Restraint into the jewel socket above.
  4. Error message given, no change to passive tree. Jewel still listed on Items page in the correct jewel socket. Jewel socket in the Tree tab is empty.

Your jewel is malformed, it has

{range:0.5}Denoted service of 6376(500-8000) dekhara in the akhara of Balbala(Asenath-Nasima)
Passives in radius are Conquered by the Maraketh
(Conquered Passive Skills cannot be modified by other Jewels)
Historic - Unscalable Value

which makes PoB not detect what the seed or conqueror are

Looks like you may have done an advanced copy/paste when importing the jewel initially, similar to #2684
