Provide a Project Builder based on the Sitepackage Builder.

Main Features:

Feature based as discussed with @bmack instead of selecting single core packages in the first place
JSON API
DDEV configuration
Git configuration
Sitepackage (Bootstrap Package / FSC)
TYPO3 Console
Deployment examples (TYPO3 Surf, Deployer, Magallanes)
GH Workflow / GL Pipe examples for CI/CD
Test examples / preparation
