I love the simplicity of this code, and I may consider using it myself.

Do you think you could explicitly release it under an open-source license?

Many thanks

I really need to take the time to add licenses to all my repos, but it is time consuming and not something I really want to get into right now. Just know that I am fine with you using this code for your own projects commercial and personal.

According to what you said as a reply in WebDevSimplified#3 this is the most simple open-source license to add. It is the MIT License. In the future, if you create your repo through GitHub, you can just click 'License', then pick 'MIT' and it'll be automatically added.

I add this, because even if you say it is ok to use, the code itself by default is closed source on GitHub, even though it is a public repo.
