Textbox next to choice (multiple UI select)

Feature description:

A project I am working on requires that the user be able to select multiple choices from the list and also be able to enter quantity manually for each choice. So there can be a textbox next to each choice. And the textbox is enabled only when the choice is selected. Only after the quantity is entered that the user can finalize the selection.
