get shadow name on "GetShadowResponse"

Do I miss something or is it not possible to get the name of the shadow which triggered the callback IotShadowClient .SubscribeToGetNamedShadowAccepted() ?

There is a different std::function defined for named shadows:

using OnSubscribeToGetNamedShadowAcceptedResponse =
            std::function<void(Aws::Iotshadow::GetShadowResponse *, int ioErr)>;

but it uses the same class GetShadowResponse as the default (unnamed) shadow.

So if I pass a classes' member function as callback to SubscribeToGetNamedShadowAccepted there is no chance to get the shadow name back in the handler...

If there's auxiliary data you want in-scope at the callback, we recommend using a lambda and capturing what you need.
