[Bug]: UI sets motion.improve_contrast value as a string while it should be a boolean.

Describe the problem you are having

The UI motion setting sets the value in the config.yml as string ('true'). It should be a Boolean.

Steps to reproduce

change it in config.yml to True or true.
change it in the Motion setting UI to off and on again.
Look in the config.yml and see that it is a string 'true'.

The backend reads 'true' or true in the same way for this configuration value, so this is not really an issue.
