I am using secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN but this fails when trying to push the changeset branch. This was working before:(

Details

In order to create pull requests changesets needs permissions from your side. At this point you have 2 options:

Give all permissions in repository settings (GitHub UI)
Add certain permissions to your workflow
