Considering zothero for windows and linux-like environment

Dear deanishe,

As a Zotero enthusiast I am interested in using the zothero plugin. Sadly there is no such equivalent for windows and linux-like users. Any chance that this issue could be considered as an enhancement suggest?

As far as I could go I considered that wox and its forks such as flow launcher could be interesting for windows, cerebro include linux-like env, ueli is also interesting, and maybe couple of others.

This is my first week on github and I have poor coding skills.
