Error with clear_enqueued_jobs #1

In active_job.rb, the line "clear_enqueued_jobs" is causing the following error:

undefined method `enqueued_jobs' for #         
<ActiveJob::QueueAdapters::InlineAdapter:0x007fda83fb75d8>
    Did you mean?  enqueue
