pagure backend does not work for namespaced projects

It looks like the pagure backend only supports top-level projects, but not projects inside a namespace like this one:

The URL for checking versions is wrong, i.e. the fedora-rust/ part is missing.

I see the issue, we should provide a way to set the namespace, probably same as in GitLab or GitHub backend.

For now the workaround could be to set the project name to namespace/name. I did that for you.
