As users, we have the possibility to configure various contact information how others can reach us. It would be nice to be able to configure a preferred communication channel (IRC, Email, Matrix, etc).

+1. This would also be helpful for me. My use case is that my role requires me to be in many places with Fedora, and it would help to designate the communication options that work best for me.
