Deployment to email.json doesn't work

Describe the bug
Your email.json has not been updated in months. I believe it has to do with your python script not finding a value like 'bonus' in the entry. There wasn't a lot of checking for optional stuff when I viewed your script the other day.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the email.json file
2. Compare it to the readme

Expected behavior
The email.json file should remain up to date.
