##Terms of Use (Released February 18, 2015)

Welcome to the SugarCE Add-Ons Github repository (this “Repository”).This Repository provides a listing of various third party applications that might be of interest for your use with SugarCRM’s Community Edition product. By using this Repository in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

####Material Available In Repository

This Repository displays, includes or makes available content, data, information, applications or materials from third parties and may include links to certain third party web sites (collectively, “Third Party Materials”). You must contact the relevant third party directly to access, license or use any Third Party Materials. Should you have any disputes with that third party regarding its Third Party Materials, you understand and agree that you’ll need to resolve those directly with that third party.

####Voluntary Participation

You understand that posting or exchanging any text, images, audiovisual media or other content, data, ideas, inventions, designs, feedback, patterns and processes (collectively, “Content”) on or through this Repository is entirely voluntary and will expose your Content to public display in a non-confidential manner. ####General Terms

These Terms of Use and its rights or obligations cannot be assigned by you, by operation of law or otherwise, to any third party without SugarCRM’s prior written consent. These Terms of Use will be governed by and under the laws of the State of California, United States, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found invalid, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be replaced to the extent possible with a provision that comes closest to the intent of the original provision and all other provisions of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. The waiver or failure of SugarCRM to enforce any of the terms and conditions provided for in these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver of any further right under these Terms of Use. The right to require performance of any duty hereunder is not barred by any prior waiver, forbearance or dealing. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Use, and supersede and merge all prior and contemporaneous proposals, understandings and all other agreements, oral and written, between the parties relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Use.
