GraalVM vs Oracle GraalVM

new website looks nice but noticed a few bugs:

https://www.graalvm.org/downloads/ says "Download GraalVM" when it is actually "Download Oracle GraalVM"

The link to community bits https://github.com/graalvm/graalvm-ce-builds/releases/ does not have 23.0 builds.

and

"Oracle GraalVM is free to use in production and free to redistribute, at no cost, under the GraalVM Free Terms and Conditions"" which is a license for Oracle GraalVM NOT GraalVM itself?

@maxandersen, we updated the Downloads page title https://www.graalvm.org/downloads/. I hope this minimizes the confusion. Also, the order of GraalVM CE releases are now based on the latest tag and date: https://github.com/graalvm/graalvm-ce-builds/releases/.

Note: The script friendly url section still says graalvm where Afaics it's oracle graalvm.
