Currently there is no way to choose voice agent pipeline created in HASS for the the "Assist with" shortcut and the widget that it is used in. This means we can only access the default dumb HASS voice assistant not an openAI one for example. Selecting a pipeline is possible with the "Assist in Aapp" shortcut so not clear why it is not possible with "Assist with". Assist in App just errors out when opening through Siri because it probably can't take voice commands from Siri while "Assist with" passes the voice command to the HASS Assist. Too bad it only passes it to the default dumb pipeline.
