Windows 11 Crash

Describe the bug
Kaspad.exe crashes with no error in the rusty-kaspa_err.log .

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run Kaspad.exe

Expected behavior
Kaspad.exe crashes.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11 22H2
• Kaspad version: Kaspa Rust 0.15.1

Additional context
Event viewer application log shows : Faulting module name: MSVCP140.dll
Upgrading to the latest x86 and x64 Visual C++ Redistributables 14.40.33810.0 fixed the crash.
