[FR] Limit the number of times a user can see a modal per day #595

This feature request came down the pipes today.

We would like the ability to limit the number of times a specific modal gets displayed to a user per day. Right now you can limit how many times a modal shows per session in the UI, but we have visitors who return multiple times per day and we want to limit the number of times a specific modal gets shown to a user in a day.
