Fm transmitter stopping after 1:30h

My PIFM is stopping the fm transmitter after 1:30h. Raspberry 64 Pi 3+. "-r - Loops the playback" does not work for use as general audio output device?

There seems to be a bug of some sort that i've had no luck tracking down.

What I did to work around this issue was to create a script that executes every 30 minutes or so that sends SIGINT to the fm_transmitter process. Then executes it again immediately.

This does have a side effect of losibg audio for about a second every time the script is called.

There still are times when I must power cycle the RPi to get fm_transmitter to run without hanging (using RPi Zero W 1) but I've been able to get uptimes in the days rather than minutes.

I will create a pull request with a workaround and a way to detect the transmitter hanging as soon as I have time to do so.
