Failed to get account charging status! status_code=503

Integration fails to startup when ChargePoint api returns 503 error; fails to gracefully fail when data provider site returns error.

The problem is with the data provider, but the manner of failover makes this hard to figure out unless you're a developer and know what to look for and what HTTP errors mean.
