🆒 Your use case

Basically, registering cookies on iOS is not an option within standard WebViews.

🆕 The solution you'd like

Essentially wrap the capacitor's handler when the platform is iOS, at least:
https://capacitorjs.com/docs/apis/cookies#third-party-cookies-on-ios
