Decide on domain and hosting provider

Currently I'm using free tier Cloudflare Pages to host the demo: https://farm-flow-board.pages.dev/. I think that will suffice for the near and mid-term, but it may be preferable to point it to a dedicated domain, if it's already available for use. This is ultimately up to Matthew (if you want to create a GH acct and comment below 😉).

Kind of a separate issue, but we should also set up separate production and preview deployments, based on the main and dev branches respectively. It'll take 2 seconds to do but I want to decide the questions above first.
