Content-Type should be text/plain if pygments is not used

I have a small script that launches $EDITOR if content-type is not text/html, sprunge however always sets content-type to text/html even when its not html.

thanks, it's a good bug. it's unlikely im gonna fix it soon because i hate dealing with GAE, prefer neglecting ix.io :)
