`__libc_start_main` is missing for no_std binary targeting `x86_64-unknown-linux-musl` #342

The linux gnu version works fine, but a musl build is missing the libc startup.

I don't know if this function is part of compiler_builtins or libc, but I think it counts as a compiler_builtins issue.
