Support for Rspec + Capybara + Selenium frameworks

🚀 Feature Proposal

Currently, Testrunner Toolkit has minimal support for Cypress, TestCafe, Playwright, Puppeteer but we do not see any framework that is Ruby language supported. We would want RSpec + Capybara + Selenium support in future.

Motivation

Many Ruby community would be happy to see the pre-requisites to bring scalable testing earlier into the software lifecycle (shift-left) to speed up delivery and increase quality, making it easier to test earlier
