@sendgrid/contact-importer package has a VERY bare bones README.md

Although it is easy to figure it out the usage from the source, it would be great if at least installing and a single usage example was present in README.md so people would not have to dig into the source.

This issue has been added to our internal backlog to be prioritized. Pull requests and +1s on the issue summary will help it move up the backlog.
