Which types of things we can attach policies to?

Digital object (photographer)
Real object
Metadata (catalogue record) or part of
External Annotations (e.g. user-generated)
Dataset (containing metadata records)
Rights (themselves can be available or not)
Parts thereof (Limitations on reuse may refer to parts of the work) (also related to [ExpressExemptions] As a custodian/owner, to express exemptions and characterize them #43)

Which additional policies?

Accreditation wrt Derivative work (picture of a picture) / re-contextualization / re-appropriation
Mixed works: artworks may reuse pre-existing works and may inherit policies

Provenance is also a relevant topic. Derivative content can be expressed with PROV and FRBR.
