Till the tipline is launched and we start getting data, we can't say what spam is. What is 'possible' to do (but might not be done by soft launch):

• manual bulk marking of posts as spam #56
• posts that are exact match also get labeled as spam. #57
• Collect feedback from fact checkers on what constitutes spam and Finalise Spam Categories
• Evaluate feasibility of filtering good morning messages (eg : Image with "Good Morning" written on it)
