Steps

Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/self-service/work/new/website-design/basic-info

Click on the images in WHAT WILL I RECEIVE? section

Expected: Rule: Clicking an example opens a PDF of the example in a new tab.

Actual: Doesn’t open PDF

Verified in dev, clicking on the images opens the pdf in a new tab.
