Wind VRB not working

Hi, on the latest build, a few Vatita users (me included) are having issues with VRB winds not being included at all, neither in the written nor spoken atis. This only happens when winds are variable with no direction (e.g. winds 3 or less kts), and in this circumstance, it completely disregards the wind portion of the atis.
