`hostinterface` and `hostinterfaceitem`have wrong type #953

Affected Puppet, Ruby, OS and module versions/distributions

Puppet: 7/8
Ruby:
Distribution: all
Module version: <= 10.0.0

How to reproduce (e.g Puppet code you use)

configure ip address as hostinterface
configure fqdn as hostinterfaceitem

What are you seeing

hostinterface can be an FQDN ora an IP address but only FQDN was accepted
hostinterfaceitem can be a zabbix item, not a FQDN

What behaviour did you expect instead

Be compliant with zabbix documentation
