✨ 세부 내용

에서 어드민 페이지에서 축제 삭제 시 외래키 제약으로 인해 삭제가 불가한 경우 예외를 던진 후 삭제는 진행하지 않습니다.
이외에도 동일한 다른 지점을 찾아 해당 부분을 soft delete 혹은 hard delete 를 일괄적으로 적용합니다.
