Review existing WTD meetups to determine status

• If no organizers exist, message group with a call to action for a new organizer
• Delete group if no organizers step up
• Remove group from the list of WTD meetups

We're looking for one or more organizers to take over the [NAME] Write the Docs group.

We have several available resources to help you get started with events. Virtual events are a great place to start because they have fewer organizational logistics. You can also reach out to the #meetup-organisers channel on Slack. The meetup coordination team is happy to help mentor new WTD meetup organizers as well, please reach out to [MEETUP COORDINATOR] on slack.

Write the Docs has some additional benefits for meetup organizers, including 50% off your WTD conference ticket. Organizing a WTD meetup is a great volunteer project to have on your LinkedIn and resume as well.

At this time if we do not find another person, or more than one person, to organize this group we will put the group on hiatus. This means we would remove the group from meetup and the WTD website. This removal will take place the first week of June 2022 if we do not hear from anyone. If the Write the Docs [NAME] goes on hiatus and is shut down, any volunteer organizer can start this group again at a later date.
