RAM management is the source of some drastic performance decreases. Nevertheless the feature is useful for very long simulations. Hence, we include a flag to en-/disable the RAM mangement. By default the RAM management is disabled. If RAM management is needed setting
--enable-ram-mgmtactivates it.Branch sits on top of #80
