Since days of weeks are locale specific, moment().weekdays(0) is always locale specific, there is no point making the rest of the code utc centric, for example when day of week starts on Sunday and UTC centric startDay = firstDayOfMonth.weekday() === 0 ? startDay : startDay.weekday(0) will start on a Monday. Making the UI show the wrong fields.
