From 1.16, the hoverEvent content is located in `contents` or `value`, older versions only accept ` value`. This was not handled by ViaBackwards. See issue ViaVersion#572

Good effort, but the code handling components was already in the translatable rewriter, did that quickly myself - thanks anyways! 83636ec |
