- refactors DatabaseIntegrationTest to use PostgreSQL instead of H2
- alters application.properties to use PostgreSQL instead of H2 for all profiles
- updates README.md accordingly
- updates e2e-tests.sh to start / stop a PostgreSQL container before testing
- clean up workflow.
… more mature setup by injecting EntityManager etc. Fixes #76 Signed-off-by: asjervanasten <[email protected]>
