Scotty Tiger Data Sync

There is a script on scotty at: 247/conversation_space/Makefile that you can use to sync 625, 676, and 717 conversations to Tiger. We assume that scotty is the authoritative source since it does all preprocessing.

You can sync data by running this command:

make sync-625 sync-676

Edit the file to include/exclude different files.
