Add QuickSwitchPersistence=0 preference for stateful Alt+Tab.
Demarcate workspaces with a horizontal line in Alt+Tab.
Fixes for Alt+Tab size calculations.
Fix for changing workspace when Alt+Tab is open.
Fix for KeySysSwitchClass history for issue bbidulock/icewm#673.
Don't attempt to focus NoInput windows.
