LDK Releases

  • Hoping to do a beta today

LDK Node Release

• 0.4 (https://github.com/lightningdevkit/ldk-node/milestone/4)
  • Progress on bolt 12 and LSPS1 (waiting on some feedback there)
  • Started upgrading to LDK to 0.0.124, rust-bitcoin to 0.32, and bdk to 1.0 and this all has to be in one PR
  • Hopefully LSPS1 client side will land

Language bindings

• Just some initial work for the 0.0.124 release

Developer support

• Fee estimation docs from austin have been merged this morning https://lightningdevkit.org/fee_estimation/
• Working on some probing docs too for payment reliability, hopefully will get out in the next few weeks

Open Q&A

• Shaavan: opened an issue today on blinded dummy hops, so want to get a discussion going there
  • Open q about how many dummy hops should be used, how the user can specify their preferences
• Vincenzo: working on an issue where LDK is not able to find some gossip from CLN and eclair
  • Matt: plz provide full logs with GOSSIP level (very verbose)
