Update xlsx files to reflect that modified data and version of concept scheme are now optional instead of required. Another change that required updating the instructions in the xlsx-templates is that ROR ID or ORCID can now be used for creator or publisher (see #151).
This PR also fixes the typos in the example files (turtle & xlsx).
